It's the last school day of 2018.
It's the LAST SCHOOL DAY OF 2018! (Yes, that's much better.)
So many of you have helped to make 2018 an amazing year here at Ashbrook, and for that I am profoundly grateful. I've never been in an academic community like this. Families are generous with their time and their talents, and enthusiastically attend school events. It is a delight to be here in the "Heart of the Valley," and I'm looking forward to a wonderful 2019 shared with you all.
But for now (with apologies to Clement Clarke Moore for co-opting his poetry), I'm putting on my kerchief and settling my brains for a long winter's nap. I hope that all of you in the Ashbrook community have a delightful Winter Break filled with fun, rest, and relaxation. I'll be back in touch with you all in January.
Until then, my best wishes to you all for a happy end to 2018, and bright wishes for 2019!
